error al descargar ebook

Alguien puede ayudarme para poder descargar un ebook recien comproado en tienda Kobo? Recibo mensaje que indica "Error al obtener la licencia.Problema de comunicación con el servidor de licencias. E_ADEPT_USER_AUTH". Tengo autorizado el equipo y está en hora, fecha y franja horaria correcta.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Gracias, ya me puse en contacto con Kobo. Me piden que compruebe la fecha, hora y franja horario del ordenador. Está correcto todo y sigo sin poder descargar el ebook
