Error Authorizing my computer to Adobe Digital Edition software

This is the third tempt to fix this issue since last Friday

My account is not authorized / licensed / working or any other terminology you like to use. it is not allowing my purchased book to work. I asked if you can help me match the software with the link of the book. Please don't send me email with links how to fix this issue, it is not working. I would really appreciate a phone call or a live chat with to trouble shoot this problem!
