Error CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book

I bought a book on ebooks.com.  It is in ADE but when I try to copy it to my Sony PRS-950 I get the message CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book.  How do I get this book onto my Sony PRS-950 from ADE?  ADE shows the PRS-950 as an available device.

    Are Digital Edition and you reader authorize with the same Adobe ID?
