how to solve the following problem: "error! check activation" ? thanks

Hi pabega

I have had the same problem. And when I tried to clear my activation and do it new, I got the "connection Error.

The problem seems to be ADE 4(.0.3) - F..K

Deinstall IDE 4 and installing IDE 3 was solving the problem for me.

Now I can re-download my purchased books

My first Version of ADE was 2, than upgrading to 3 and 4.

I bought the first books with version 2.

My System is an "good old" and actual Windows Vista HP SP2 32bit.

Thank you so much!!! However, I first tried with Adobe version 3 and had the same problem!
