I´m trying to open my e-book into ADE (4.0). My computer S.O is windows 7. I don´t know how to figure this out. Please help me!

    For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.

    Launch ADE

    Help -> Erase authorization.

    ADE will be deauhorized.

    Now again AUTHORIZE ADE

    Help-> authorize computer.

    Error will be fixed !!

    Thanks for you help! But i´ve already tried this solution but it didin´t work. When i try to deauthorize, the ADE shows the following message: "Unable to remove the authorization. Please try again later." I tried it yesterday and right now, but it didin´t work. What to do next?

    Hello everybody! I fixed the issued with a workaround:

    1 - Uninstall 4.0 ADE version;

    2- Install the 3.0 ADE version;

    3 - Deactivate the device successfully;

    4 - Install 4.0 ADE again;

    5 - Reauthorize the device and it´s done.

    It worked for me!
