Error! Check Activation

Hello dear user forum,

it is about: "Error! Check Activation"

Whenever I download a file to see it on my pc/e-reader it wont open and I get the  code "Error! check Activation"

I have deleted the old and downloaded the newest version of ADE to be on the safe side.

without improvement.

also: it says in the instructions to "Delete the Adobe ID using the combination[CTRL] + [SHIFT] + , and then authorize the computer again."

where should I do this?

I tried to sign out with my account but aed wont let me. the password is correct. I am being told to try later again. And ahve tried and tried and tried. And yes I am online
