Error! Check Activation

I tried opening my ebook in Adobe Digital reader but got the following message: Error! Check Activation.

My computer is already authorized. I read that I can deauthorize my computer and reauthorize it again to clear this issue.

Somehow, under the help button, there is no erase authorization. What can I do to deauthorize my computer?
