error check activation

Hi

i am using Adobe DE for quite long time and my last ebook purchase i got the message "error, check activation" when adding the acsm file to ADE.

i didn't change anything on computer, firewall of Bitdefender allowed the connection so i have no idea what to do next.

if anyone knows what to do...
