error check activation message

Hi there, My instal of Adobe Digital Editions was fine on my Windows 7 machine. I downloaded the getting started book and that is fine. But when I download a ACSE file it gives me the Error Check Activation message.

I've validated my email several times via the cloud.

Any suggestions would be great.

    Adone have many error message check the file and replace whit other

    or install the program again, maybe works
