"Error! Check Activation" Please Help!

I can't open an ebook I purchased, every time I open it, it says "Error! Check Activation" There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection. Please Help!

    Hi Ogadi

    This was the advise I got but it didn't help, maybe it might work for you.

    clear your history browser and restart you computer:

    - This will conform the setting and fully integrate it in the computer software.

    - to clear your history browser - this reset the memory of the computer and maybe should help a bit.
