Error code 2004 on overdrive media app

I get the error code 2004 when trying to log in to retrieve ebooks on the overdrive media app. I had to delete & reload this app & that's when my problems started. It says to contact adobe but this website is very confusing. I hope I'm in the right place. I need to have my adobe id reset so I can read my book on my iPod again!
