Hi there

I am trying to use Adobe Digital Editions to download Ebooks from Libby app for transferring to my e-reader.

In the Adobe Digital Editions window, when I try to add an ebook, I get this error message:

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I have looked on other forums but can't seem to remedy this. I have gone to Help > Erase Authorization, as suggested on other sites, and it requires a Vendoor Login Id and Password - I don't know what do put in there. 

Any help would be appreciated.
