Error Code E_Auth_not_ready

Trying to download a library EPUB book through my Overdrive for windows account into Digital editions.

I get Error: Check Activation.

In digital editions Help Authorize computer page I get only one ebook vendor choice Adobie ID

When I enter my adobie ID and password I get this Error Code: E-Auth_not_ready

Can you help me
