Error downloading purchased books

Hey I am trying desperately to download a book I purchased.  It is a DRM version onto a KOBO.  It says E_IO_failure to write to destination file error.  I HATE VERSION 3.0!!!!!

I can find a number to call for support and they keep telling me that I can get 24/7 support but have no idea how.  Anybody able to help me.
