Error during download: "E_ACT_NOT_READY"

Dear adobe support good evening.

In feedbooks library, related to my profile "enrico.bordoni.mc", I have a book which I bought long time ago. I have reset the device I use to read books and I'm not able to download the book anymore.

I use to get the error described in subject all the time I try to download the book.
Can someone help me?

    I've tried to apply the solution given by thilow3330347 to the same error posted on September the 23rd, 2016: to me it doesn't work.

    Then I've tried to download the same book from another device using the same adobe id. In this device I got a different error: E_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.
