ERROR: E_ADEPT_NO_FULLFILLMENT_RESULT

I have received the error  E_ADEPT_NO_FULLFILLMENT_RESULT when I try to donwload my ebooks from cloud.

I can see my ebooks list but it's impossible to see the content.

I think that for the same reason I can't to update my iPAD where I installed the iOS version of Dgital Editions. 

Have I activated too many devices?

Where can I see the activated devices of my ID (email removed)?

 

Can you help me?

Ho trovato una soluzione in questo modo. La mia app Adobe digital Edition 4.5.2 sul vecchio i-Mac con El Capitan non riesce ad aprire il file *.acsm associato al mio ultimo libro acquistato, ho provato ad aprire il file *.acsm su un altro Pc (Notebook Lenovo con Windows 11 installato) e l'apertura è stata eseguita. Andando poi nella relativa cartella dell'App Adobe digital Edition denominata "Digital Editions" ho copiato il file *.epub generato sul mio Tolino. Assenti gli aiuti sulle nuove piattaforme virtuali e non.

dimenticavo, sul Tolino bisogna ancbe copiare la licenza *acsm

I found a solution in this way. My app Adobe digital Edition 4.5.2 on the old i-Mac with El Capitan do not is able to open the *.acsm joined to my last book purchased, I tried to open the *.acsm on a different Pc (Lenovo Notebook with WIndows 11 installed) and the opening has been work. Then going in the related folder of the App Adobe digital Edition called "Digital Editions" i copied the *.epub generated on my Tolino. The assistence on the new platforms virtual and not, are absent.

I forgotten to say that also the license file must be copied on Tolino
