Error E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED Help!!

trying to activate my new computer and everytime I put in my id and password I get the activation server error  E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED.  Found a solution to change the date and time but have tried that and it isn't working?!?? Help!!
