Even though Date and Time as well as Timezone are correct, Digital Editions is installed correctly and have rebooted incase registry entries were required, purchased a valid eScript and download link gives an immediate E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED error, saying:

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

Computer is Authorized, everything appears to be in order yet cannot open my purchase.

Please help

If you are sure that the Time zone on your device/desktop is correct than please check if the timestamp in acsm file matches the current time. Most probably it will not.

If that is the case then the activation server assumes that the title is expired. You can delete the acsm file and re-download it. File should open correctly with the new acsm file.

Let me know if this works for you.
