Error E_document type unknown error connecting to sever

Hi I encounter troubles downloading 1 particular acsm file. I receive the error : E document type Unknown. Error  connecting to server.  My bookseller resent the file and has reset the license but problem persist 

Deathorising and re-authorise doesn't resolve the problem.  I am using a mac os x 11.6
