Error: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

The following error comes up when I try to open a new ebook, could you please confim how could I check with which Adobe ID have a I opened it firstly? I know I have changed twice the ID but now ir does not work with any.
