Error e_lic_already_fullfilled_by_another_user. when I try to download to adobe. Kobo already reset licence. now what?

I am having the same problem. Kobo reset my books twice! and still the same error. Out of 80 drm books, ADE won't open 17.

Would an earlier version of ADE do any better? I wonder.
