error getting licence

Hi! Has anybody faced this before: when downloading an eBook it goes to downloads folder okay but can't be opened. The problem is Licence server Communication problem E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

The publisher recommended that I should reset my adobe account, download ADE once more and deauthorise+reauthorise the computer.

This didn't help.
