Error getting licence- Licenese server Communistaion Problem E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

Hello everybody!

I use openlibrary with ADE for a year and I have never had a problem. Now I've installed windows 10, and when I want to upload URLLink in ADE I get: Error getting licence-   Licenese server Communication Problem E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

All the time I have authorized ADE. but I have to openlibrary accounts.

Can you help me
