error getting license

if i want to open a ebook which was working before well, i get the following

unable to download

error getting license. License server communication problem:

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

is this a problem of adobe digital editions 4 or where i bought the eBook ( Hugendubel )
