Error getting License.

Hello,

I purchased book from Kobo store and I authorized Adobe DE without an ID. Now I realized that I cannot read the book elsewhere on my other desktop at home.

Now, I have created an Adobe ID and still showed an error stated:

"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"

Can you please help what should I do?

    The eBook are linked with the empty authorization (because you has used digital edition without a eBook). You must ask you reseller of the eBook if get a new download (without a linked adobe id). Then the eBook can linked again now with your right Adobe ID.
