Error getting License

Hi, when I try to activate de acsm file, I log on my account but this message appears:

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

No others are using the same files since I disinstalled ADE from my former mac.

The same message appears if I try to read the acsm file without using my account.

    o.o And by the first open? Its was authoirize or not?

    Yes it was authorized immediatly when I bought the books, but now it doesn't work anymore even by using that account...

    Is there a way to send to you the acsm files if you can check the authorization?

    This can check only the reseller of the eBook. If you get the error since the first download the ebooks have the problem and you should contact the reseller to check and solved this problem. In this case can not adobe and alos no i help.

    E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER say that file linked with ohter authorization. Have you try to download/open the file befor you authoirze Digital edition?

    Yes I also tried to open the file without any authorization, the message that appears is always the same.
