Error getting License

I’ve bought eBook in the Kobo Store. My login in Adobe Digital Editions is the same I use in Kobo. When I download the book and try to open it, I see a message «Unable to download. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_Already_Fulfilled_By_Another_User». I contacted Kobo Customer Care and the book license has been reset from the store. But I still have this problem. How can I solve it? Thank you in advance!
