error getting license...

I am trying to download a book (acsm file) from NetGalley into Adobe Digital Editions and I continue to get : "Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem  E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY  or PKCS12"

I updated ADE to 4.5 and I've restarted my computer ( HP with Windows 10) but I still cannot get my two most recent books to download.

The file downloads with no problems onto my Sony  laptop.
