Error getting License

Unable to download on Digital Editions.

I am getting the error message: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I deauthorized and reauthorized both my tablet and computer with the same ID and password. Finally I changed my password but to no avail.

The error message is still coming. Thank you for your help!

    I learned from Adobe Help that someone have downloaded the same book before me and therefore the bookseller should send me another ACSM token. I contacted the bookseller but it did not respond

    yet so I can’t confirm the success of this diagnostic.

    Thank you! I contacted the book seller and they refreshed my bookshelf. Then I downloaded again, and I was able to add it to Digital Editions, and then onto my e-book reader.
