Error getting License

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

W_ADEPT_CORE_EXPIRED

I have not been able to figure out why this message is showing up. Others have seen a message that says, "REQUEST" instead of "CORE". I'm not sure if it is the same problem but I need help urgently.
