"Error getting license"

Hello! I am having trouble with a just-purchased ebook. I have the .acsm file, and Adobe Digital Editions is authorized on my computer. When I try to open the ebook, I get the following error message from ADE: "Unable to Download. Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN:" I am using ADE version 4.5.11.187606, on an iMac running macOS Monterey, v. 12.3.1. Any help would be appreciated! The book seller was unable to help.

    Hi,

     

    Can you please try to re-download the acsm file again and see if that works?
