Error getting License E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN when trying to download an ebook

I am trying to download my ebooks to a new device and keep getting the error
Unable to download
Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

Can anyone help with solving this?

The ebooks were working on my previous device.
