Can someone please help me resolve this issue. I bought a e-book from the Lawsociety, they recommended this app but when we open the ACSM link we get this message we have tried to uninstall, reinstall, delete the reg keys have tried everyting and still can't acces the ebook.

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

How do I fix this??
