Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY

I use a MAC and for some reason am getting this error message when I try to download books from the library?

This error seems to be regarding Adobe Digital Editions.

Thanks I was able to resolve it by de-authorizing my computer, reloading digital editions and re-authorizing. thanks for responding
