"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY"

Authorization. I can not transfer books from my local library to my Kobo because it is aproblem with the authorization. I tried  to delet authorization on the software but I dont remeber the password and Adobe password is not worling. Any idea how can I reset the pasword ?... In other hand I tried to delet adept key but my computer is windows 8 and only shows adapted and I can not export.  How can I  solve this problem and use my Kobo again for reading library books?
