Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

What does this mean? The person is using a PC with the latest ADE version. How can they resolve this?? Thanks

    This error comes when server does not return a valid download result.

    Please download the acsm files again.

    Does this mean there is a problem with the server where the computer is located?

    What are acsm files? The ebooks are in PDF format. Do i just have to click the download link again from the website ( which causes the ADE to open up)
