Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

Question

Can't open my e-book on my Android keep getting this message: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED.

I managed somehow to open it on my Mac, but when sincronize it with Adobe Digital Edition on my smartphone it doesnt open it and always show this message: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
