Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I fixed this problem on a new IPad Pro by uninstalling the app...and all its data and reinstalling the app.

I then authorized the app with my Adobe ID and password  and Voilla ! I got my new book and all the old ones too.
