Signed in, tried to download ebook and got this error message. Any idea what I did wrong?

    This is happening on a Mac. Downloaded ADE 3.0, then 2.0.1 (was told 4.0 would not work)

    Have un-authorized and re-authorized, with no success.

    Any help much appreciated
