Error getting License.License Server Communication Problem:E_lIC_ALREADY_FULLYFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Hi ,

I am unable download the ebooks to ADE.. I have did it in first time, but uninstalled everything did second time it is not working.

Now,it is not downloading throwing error ;Error getting License.License Server Communication Problem:E_lIC_ALREADY_FULLYFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
