Error getting License.License Server Communication Problem.E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

When trying to download borrowed book using *.acsm file getting this error

"Error getting License.License Server Communication Problem.E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR".

But it was working till yesterday. Please help to fix this issue.
