Error getting license. License Server communication Problem: W_ADEPT_WRONG_DEVICE

I can download the ebook on my computer, but when I tried to download it on my ipad or iphone, this error just kept showing up. How can I solve it? I tried to delet the app and file both on PC or ipad, but it just didn't work!!! I need my book to finish my assignment!!!!!
