Error getting license Server communication problem

I have just purchased 5 books from Kobo as I always do, downloaded them so I can have them on my ereader so I can read them with digital editions but there is one that just will not work.

Doesn't matter how many times I download it I just keep getting this message.  All of the other books have worked fine.  Very frustrating because the one that won't work is the first in the series

    Further to this, it appeared I have two adobe ID's so I have de-authorised one.  I am now getting a message when I try and open the book saying that the license is in use by another user

    so frustrated
