Error getting License. W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE

Hi, I've recently purchased an Adobe Digital Editions book.  I have downloaded it ok on my Windows PC; however, after installing Digital Editions on my IPAD and authorizing, all my purchased files download apart from one where I get the following message:

Unable to download.  Error getting License.  License Server Communication Problem: W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE

I have de-authorised my IPAD and reinstalled Digital Editions.  Again all my files download ok, apart from one... typically the one I really need.

The file opens fine on my Windows PC.  Hope someone can help 😉

I seem to be having a similar problem. I contacted ADE through their chat and they said they don't answer questions about errors on ADE!!! This is the error message I am getting:

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ACT_NOT_READY

Any help? Anyone?
