Error in getting licence - E-LIC-ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Richard Horrocks, arichardhorrocks@hotmail.com.  The issue is the ADE Error message on downloading an ebook into ADE from a site such as KOBO. The message in ADE is "Error getting licence - E-LIC-ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"

Has anyone else had this error message? It means I can no longer download ebooks into ADE. Suggestions?
