Error License

I installed Adobe digital editions on my iPad and tried downloading ebooks to the app but after downloading some ebooks the words error licensing keeps popping up and isn't allowing me to download any more books. I've tried deauthorizing Adobe then authorizing again that didn't work I deleted the app and reinstalled and that didn't work either. I even restarted my iPad and made sure it was up to date but nothing worked. Anyone have any ideas of how I can fix this issue?
