error: limit of number of machines allowed per ID is reached

Hi,

I did factory reset my KOBO and now when I want to authorise it on Adobe DIgital Edition, it gives me the message that limit number of machines is reached while I only have this one KOBO and only one computer with this Adobe digital edition installed on it. Any suggestion to solve the problem is appreciated
