Error message

I just installed Adobe Digital Editions on my new computer and am getting an error when I try to open downloaded library books.  I have no problem opening these on my old laptop.  The error reads 'Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12'
