I was in BC and was trying to download a book from free Library with adobe digital.  It would not let me download. Kept giving an error message then I went on live chat and someone helped me download my book. However now I am back home and can't download my books on my computer. Keep getting error message  Error getting License   License Server Communication error. Talked to live chat yesterday and they said to call on Monday that I needed a product specialist. Well today is Monday and Live chat has disappeared.  Go figure.  Also the books I borrowed when I was in BC show as borrowed in Free Library but do not show on my adobe edition so I can't return them.

    By the way BC stands for British Columbia in Canada. Think I caused some confusion using the abbreviation. Sorry

    Below the message " Error getting License   License Server Communication error.", it will also throw an error code. Can you please post the error message that you are receiving

      Error Message is     E_AUTH_Bad _Device_Key_OR_PKS12
