Error Message

Hello,

I am unable to download books from my library's site, Overdrive.  I am getting the following error message:

Error getting license

License server communication problem

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

We were not able to get help on this issue through chat support and were directed here.
